This wine got my attention-inaugural release yet shows sophistication and harmony. I decanted to let some of fruit simmer down. This is a wine that could pair with many foods. Has heft yet not heavy. A Grenache that I want more of!

Bright red color. Nose of red berries, especially raspberries, hints of cigar box and slight oak notes. Medium+ body, great balance with medium acidity. This is a beautiful expression of Grenache. Long finish. It kept evolving in the glass, which suggest that it should be decanted.

A favorite Grenache of mine and an @Stanley Barrios gem. 2 hour decant required - long, long life ahead, but if you’ve got a few worth a try now.

Apr 22nd, 2020@Stanley Barrios keeps turning out the winners! Couldn’t hold off any longer - plum and cola with incredible finesse. 2 hour decant is about right, IMO.
