Ripe and easy drinking. Shows more Cab than Sangiovese. Stewed dark fruit and earthy flavors. Not bad.

Solid Super Tuscan, but bending a bit too earthy for me. Nose is tart fruit: cherries, cranberries, raspberries and a bit of crab apple. There's a wet funk that kind of envelopes all, as well as some dry earth. The palette comes off more balanced with red and black fruits, streaky earth and grippy tannins. Solid but not spectacular.
