Oct 22nd, 2020Here we have quite a refreshing, limey wine but restrained with oak. The nose introduces that lime in a very dry way with the entry confirming the dryness further. There's what I would describe as a nice yellow apple note as well. Significant acidity and a very effervescent finish. Refreshing!
