Have this some serious are and it was well deserved showing plenty of Christmas spice; cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, icing sugar, orange peel and stewed cherry. It's like a very rich yet elegant take on good mulled wine. In the mouth there is plenty of rich fruit concentration, sweet cherry and liquorice though implodes slightly on the mid palate with a lacquered finish, rich.

Loads of chai tea spice, pepper, and dried cherry aroma. Significant RS and rich sappy texture. Very well made.

Very peppery on the nose. I definitely taste the vanilla on the late palete and finish. Full bodied but very smooth, not a lot of acidity. Very strong tannins. Very good for a cold night by the fire or a nice red steak.
