Where can you even begin with a wine like this. A blend of carmenere, cab sauv, merlot, Viognier, Malbec and LACRYMA CHRISTI?!? Anyone who doubts the theory of evolution should taste a bit of this magic. A sensual tour de force, with the best qualities of each grape unfolding in endless layers.

Great blend. It certainly is an author wine and you can feel the layers of each grape involved. The viognier might be giving this candy balance on the spiceness of the carmenere. Great pairing with spice sausages

Wild one. Crazy tropical fruit from Viognier and blueberries from Merlot on top of more serious Cab/Syrah structure.
