Patriota Mendoza Malbec Bonarda

Tasty, full and fun. A nice red fruit cola thing going of. A solid week day sipper

Opaque with dark purple red color and electric pink rim, black cherry, black berry, candied cheery, red/purple flower, plum and prune,
Not too much oak note. Med plus body, med plus tannin. Food wine.

Started out with a tobacco finish and ended with a smooth, soft dry fruit flavor. Went well with the Carne Asada.

Smells like chocolate and freshly baked French bread. Gentle to drink, warm and smooth going down.

A wonderful full bodied, yet non-tannic, malbec bonarda blend that was recommended by Mark at Lukas.

All malbecs are meh, even the nice ones

Sweet and warm. Dry finish

Lovely mid-priced red. Full bodied but not overwhelmingly so. Great for a weekday dinner.
