Very pale. Nose & palate of red & dark cherry, cranberry, & a strong clovey fruitcake note. Tannins sneak up w considerable force.

A pretty floral and elegant red fruit driven wine. Reminds me of Beaujolais meets Pinot Noir. Red floral notes, red cherries, red plums, pomegranate, clove, a touch of toast. The body is silky with pronounced acidity and a touch of bitter tannins in the back palate.

Beaujolais meets Cotes-du-Rhone as we see stemmy, woodsy notes, rocks, spice, plump cherry and silky ripe tannins that seems to hide under a layer of viscosity.

Beguiling bright/deep interplay. Shades of Lacrima di Morro D'Alba, Northern Rhone Syrah, Cru Beaujolais. Tannin management is well done.

For all the fans of floral reds out there, this is so pretty and juicy. Terrific value as well.

Tasted blind. Really threw me for a loop. Had weight and texture of Cru Beaujolais but had a nose a bit more reminiscent of New World. Had a distinct menthol thing on the back end. Really interesting wine.
