Tasty, definitely went better with food. Very acidic without food with tons of lemon. The food settled down the acidity. Smelled like blueberry, astringency clears the palette.

xinomavro rose from northern 🇬🇷
lemon peel grated on 🍓, cranberries and crushed rocks. with olive brine finish on top of it.
very complex. little tannins and probably some oak influence.
very gastronomic.
