More cola but also opulent dark fruits (plums, cassis, blueberry and chocolates). Maybe a streak of chocolate mint, peppermints or a similar bright herb. This is great. Vibrant WA red blend with pop. Glad it popped up at grocery outlet for a steal.

Needed a red wine. This was just what I wanted; a Goldilocks wine; not to fruity, not overly tannic, a great way to get ready for the reds I know I will enjoy in the coming months. Dinner with Joanna, grilled steak and eggplant with potatoes.
