I had the chicken & lentils simmering and was soooo thankful I found my last bottle of Thralls in the wine fridge. Bright cranberry is my first thought, with some strawberry in the background.

Wild expressive rose petaly nose. Cherry and cranberry in a light texture framed by soothing acidity. Again, the nose is just haunting. Cinnamon?

Gave this a little decant and she rewarded me. Plenty of cherry, cranberry, sage, underbrush, cola and a hint of forest floor. Vibrant acidity and some smooth tannins. So balanced. $30?? Hell yeah!
