Very green, mulchy, stalky, herbal. Didn't do it for me.

Very impressed that Delectable found this label. Crazy blend of Shiraz and Pinot, and a splash of Sauv Blanc. Excellent flavor profile. Popping on the attack but in a fresh and vibrant tense way. Not heavy. How did they do that? Thanks @Brad Page See you mañana.

It took me a bit to come around to this but the more I drank the more I liked. Nothing like any wine I have had before. Dark magenta with a watery rim. Aromas of cherry cola with a herbaceous medicinal characteristic and a little mushroom. Similar flavours on the palate plus many I don't recognise. This is complex with medium to high acidity and powdery tannin.

Intriguing aroma with hints of blackberry and cedar. Smooth and delicate it is a pleasure. Surprisingly good length

Open for 5 days. Other than maybe a little lactic character, no trace of oxidation. Very soft, generous, embraces my palate lovingly. Lots of layers and detail, good fruit but also savory. De stemmed, SO2 only at bottling. 75% Pinot iirc.
