Dry but full mouthfeel. nice stone fruit (apricot) and minerality. Really impressive.

Old world meets new. The oak leaves a mark on both the nose and palate, but accentuates rather than dominates. Still loads of freshness and acidity. The nose is lemon and butterscotch, the palate is vibrant and bright with a lingering finish of new oak. Just lovely.
