Shiraz Cabernet blend from the Hunter. Not a great vintage but still managed to produce a decent drop. I had this open over 3 days and everyday was better. Blackberry, black cherry, slight Hunter earth. The alcohol stood out on the nose at first and although it was noticeable on the palate, I don't think it was too distracting.
