1/3 each fermented in concrete egg, seasoned French oak barrels, and steel tank, on the lees with no battonage, aged 10 months in the same vessels after fermentation, with malo suppressed. Very well rounded, tensioned, layered and dialed in, at an incredibly competitive price point.
