A bright crimson red. A sensational red fruited nose - with rose petals and violets. A little whole bunch influence to add complexity. Barb said like a woman’s perfume. I picked this off the wine list at Lucios Marina at Noosa. Never heard of the producer. I picked it because it was a 2021 Pinot Noir from the Yarra Valley - a great vintage for the district. A medium weight perfectly balanced palate, showing bright red fruits - cherry, raspberry and strawberry influences. Drinking wonderfully now and up to 5 years - not for the long haul IMO.

So interesting, blood oranges, raspeberry and strawberries. Cinnamon, tobacco, bush.
A fascinating tannin that enhances the joy of the sip. Long and enjoyable . Broader and altogether very different from the 2017. Perhaps a more mentally intriguing version. I love this too.

First decent sunshine in the garden
Weekend is on early this week
Got delivered a 6 pack split between 2017 and 2016 yesterday
This '17 is delicious!!
It reminds me a lot of a sangiovese from Radda or Castelnuovo Berardenga or even a northern brunello. Vibrant, mineral, but supported by strong shoulders that you can't notice much at this stage. Neat and precise are the violet, tobacco and licorice.
Spices, leather and cola. The fruit is between a blood orange and a raspberry. I dare to say it recalls a Soldera's Brunello. Long, young and enjoyable from now and many years ahead.

Very good
Maybe just a touch less convincing than the 2016, but I guess the 2017 is built, or meant I should say, for a longer haul.
Long after taste
Lovely altogether

It has a great mouthful sensation
It recalls a Burgundy
I'd say that with some aging in bottle this can become extremely good, or I should say better 'cause it's already delicious now
To try again and again
