Blackberry compote, crushed graphite, mocha, a forest of herbs and spices, and oh-so savory. Despite the complexity, its focus comes easy. Drinks like it’s in slow motion, which is fortuitous considering the number of layers. The ultra fine tannin is well concealed, and yet present enough to shape its structure for years to come.
