Medium plus in finish with round tannins and spices.
This Nice Australian Shiraz is balanced and good by itself, or with food. Would pair nicely with BBQ Meats.
Needs a couple of hours to open up properly and remove the bitterness at the ending, and add more complexity.

Wow, very impressive Shiraz! Nice nose of deep dark fruit--plum, cassis, black cherry. It smells like it will be thick and intense, and it does not disappoint! A pinch of mouth watering pepper at first, then black cherry, and a long lasting aftertaste of caramel. All of the things I love in a great Shiraz! A new favorite.
