Deep garnet red. Very tight on day one with a few notes of dust, dark cinnamon, and provenance herbs with lavender. Day two added some tobacco on the finish. Moderate tannins (7/10) with a muted palate. Overtones of dried red berries and cherries. Muted undertones of dark spices. Day two opened up with the same notes but with a bit more intensity. Full bodied and dry long finish. Drink till 2025. (91+)
