The Wine Society
The Society's Southern Spanish Red Monastrell
Tasted with Camino de Seda 2018. Sharp fruit aroma. Thinner and sharper fruit taste with a floral vanilla edge? Rougher tannins. I like the mouthfeel of this wine. Given the price this is really good value.

Nov 11th, 2015Much younger than the 2013. Zingy, less depth. Hopefully will age like the 2013. More of a lighter red currently, will hopefully develop into a semi-Zinfandel like its 2013 parent.
