🇺🇸 A 2014 Pinot Blanc from California. Light body wine, smooth to the palate with citrus 🍊 and pineapple 🍍 flavours. A bit sweet for a Pinot Blanc and 14.5 % ABV for kicks and it does. I would see pairing it with fried scallops in butter and served with cauliflower and sliced carrots 🥕.

Nice and bright. It goes well with rich, non-creamy foods. It sours will cream, but is fabulous with a good chicken soup or halibut.
