I’m used to the big jammy GSMs of Paso but this one was delicious. BlackBerry with a hit of black pepper. Paired well with lamb and asparagus

Made up for our corked bottle of Grenache Blanc. Fantastic GSCM blend. Love that they added in a little Counoise. Good on its own or with food.

Let this one sit before you enjoy. It just kept getting better.

Gave this a long decant before serving tonight. Last bottle we had was heavy on powerful fruit, but I felt there was some underlying nuance trying to find its way out. This still shows plenty of fresh red & black berry fruit, but some textural & aromatic complexity has moved in. An herbal note pulls the nose together and some cracked pepper accentuates the tannins. A very exciting producer.

The nose on this stops you in your tracks. Smoky raspberry & herbal notes that keep getting stronger with air. Great power with the red berries leading to darker berries and excellent textural complexity. Finishes with a wild back pepper note. Great showing. Great Southern Rhône Style blend. 50% Grenache, 31% Mourvèdre, 14% Syrah, 5% Counoise.

Loved this wine last night! Lots of spice from the Grenache. Went perfect with the brisket we did. Delicious.

What a lovely blend. Needed decanting but was fantastic after that. Always liked this Grenache blend.
