So disappointed. Used to visit this vineyard every year and always loved their stuff. I received this in a shipment in 2015. I was to consume it between then and sometime in 2018. I opened it on 5/4/17. It has been in my wine chiller and I do turn the bottle every so often. The court fell apart. No biggie, I can get around that. The taste was so sweet. I just could not handle it. I tried letting it sit open in the glass for three hours and I still did not care for it. And at that point, it was time for me to go to bed. I put a tight seal on it. I tried it again the next evening and I am still completely disappointed. That does not mean it was not good when I got it. But I hate that I spent the money, and I have cellared it this long, and I am not pleased with it.

Soft, with blueberry on the front and a hint of spice on the end. Perfect with a simple mixed grill.

Aug 11th, 2015Nose hits with definite spice. Noticeable cinnamon and all spice. The taste hits with an immediate fruit forward candied cherry or strawberry rhubarb. Medium finish with cinnamon and baking spices. Well balanced velvet smooth.
