The Soothsayers Ferment
Single Ferment Series Cinsault

100% cinsault. Really cool nose with a bit of "garragistes" charcoal, leather, and funk. Vibrant garnet/purple color. Palate bends toward the purple fruit side once again, with some vanillin and oak. Alcohol seems a bit high. Enjoyable different red though.

Raspberry with lavender notes. Light-med body, good acidity and low tannins. First time cinsault, fell in love.

Impressive Chilean red aged over one winter in older barrels. Deep purple color with a muted fruit nose. Long finish. Went well with food. Kept going back to the glass. Fun wine to try. Imported by a wine group out of Bend, Oregon.
