Delicious. Not much of a sweet wine fan but this in particular was pretty outstanding and my first taste of a Tokaji. Pronounced nose of quince, marmalade, apricots. High acidity and a long finish of toast, jasmine and ginger.

Sublime light honey tones complementary to mid-sweet dessert but better as a stand alone. Excellent, dreamy, worth hunting down.
