The Royal Nonesuch Farm
York Mountain Clairette Blanche

From Anthony Yount (also makes Kinero in addition to his main gig at Denner), this is a terrific, lighter style of clairette blanche. Has kind of a tight temperature window where it really signs - too warm and you lose the acidity, too cold and you lose the aromatics - but in its sweet spot just below 50 F it’s perfect. Will be interesting to see if it puts on a little weight with another year or two in bottle (which could be cool).
