On the nose the wine is bursting with bright citrus fruits, fresh herbs, fresh asparagus, fennel and minerals. There is an overwhelming sense of freshness that is very attractive. On the palate the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Citrus fruits, namely grapefruit and lime, dominate accompanied by limestone-like minerals. The finish is long, zippy and satisfying. I dig this style of California Sauvignon Blanc: bright and energetic.
