Very impressive in a Pommardian style - also reminded me some Williamette Valley Pinot - had quite a few of the secondary aromas you get from really good Pinot: forest floor, black tea, sassafras, licorice, some subtle spice, mushroom (savory) & copious amounts of cherry/strawberry/rhubarb. Well balanced - light to medium bodied, damn near elegant and really impressive quality vis-a-vis $
