Peach and pear and chalky candy (marshmallows? rockets?). Low acid. Pretty pink colour. This is a summer sipper, or a pick me up when winter overstays its welcome. Made to be enjoyed on its own, but went down faster when I busted out some Jarlsberg.

Another good Pinot Gris from Organized Crime. This 2015 has a touch less acidity than the 2014 (which we liked better). Pretty colour from longer skin contact during pressing. Floral on the nose with melon on both nose and palate. Nicely balanced with med finish.

Yes, we occasionally drink white ;) BBQ pork and spicy rice, and a nice simple relaxing on the patio wine. Summer is coming!
