Drank a little over a year ago. Still getting better, fruit still strong & nicely balanced. 3 left & now on a bottle every two years. Great wine!

Jun 27th, 2015The 2007 White hawk Syrah was truly exceptional tonight. Pronounced berries & tannins have mellowed. Great now but could go on for another 10 years. Sad I only have 4 more left.
