I love this winery. Adam Tolmach crafts very authentic wines, that belong at the table and can age forever. At 10 years old, this Syrah hit maturity, although will go for another decade. Game, earth, nutmeg and black pepper mingle seemlessly with blackberries. A bit oaky, my only complaint
