Dry, medium body. Mineral on the nose and in the aftertaste. Vibrant on the palate. Enjoyed with a garlic, butter, shrimp and capers sauce over al dente pasta. Would have been a 9 but the flavors changed too much after after 45 minutes. That said, we did not have on ice. Will buy again.
