Very pure and varietally correct. Tightly wound but highly expressive nonetheless. Medium bodied, focused and bright with pronounced Asian spice notes and briary cherry and black raspberry flavors. Lovely acidity and fine grain tannins.

Zinfandel as it should be! Absolutely at it’s peak with mild tannins, loads of spicy fruit and wonderful mouthfeel. Great to just pour and sip although it pairs very nicely with grilled meat, hard cheese and crusty bread. This would be an awesome burger wine but would also go perfectly with a nonfatty meat like filet although a rib eye would be especially good with its marbling and juicy fats. Every Meeker wine is a cut above the crowd.
