Full Strawberry nose with white pepper. Taste juicy red berry front settles down to a wash blueberry. Then at back of mouth intensity starts with flavour of roasted red peppers done over oak coals and finish cleanse of eucalyptus.🍷

The wine is deep ruby in colour, with a vibrant purple hue. The bouquet offers lifted violets, ripe mulberries and light floral aromas. The palate is silky with intense blackberry and forest fruit flavour. A firm tannin backbone provides good structure, with flavours of cherry, anise and finely ground pepper on the finish.

Smooth and silky from a single vineyard, would recommend this as a great accompaniment with cold cuts, bread and cheese.

Big Shiraz. Licorice and mulberry tones. Excellent value for money, went down a treat with a 12 hour slow cooked shoulder of lamb

Medium body with a dull nose. Dark and red cherries balanced with charcoal making for an easy drink on a cool summers day. Still very good on day 2.

Showing some age, yes. But behind a pristine, delicate layer of fruit and soft but tightly wound tannin. Acid keeping it all together, which is still quite present. Showing violets, black cherry, citrus cake, raspberry, white chocolate and the sweetest of clove like spice. Showing a slight spearmint character in the mid palate. This wine is gorgeous
