Off dry, cherry, blackberry, mild spice, chalky finish. Low acid, low alcohol, low tannins, medium body. A little bland with a slight tang. A little boring.

Far too many cabs from paso are overdone, stewed and do not carry their oft-high alcohol levels well. This is a nice departure from that trend. An excellent value here.
