Exercised unprecedented patience....initially by accident followed by some intent....held this for a little over 2yrs and I'm going to say it was a victory though I honestly don't know how it would have been otherwise. ...great combo of bigger and dark while also displaying respectable amount of sour in a balanced and delicious way. Cntrl Kit??

Lighter than expected for a Belgian Dark Strong. Tart cherries, baking spices and chocolate are front and center with hints of caramel and vanilla from the bourbon barrels dancing on the edges.
