Ooooh boy, this one’s a tongue twister. Heavy acid with notes of lemon on the nose with a bit of lime as it rolls off. Starts a tad sweet then dries a bit as it opens up. Pleasant on it’s own or with lighter fare fish grilled chicken breast.
