Had the 2022 in July of 2024. Pretty standard simple cab. Some cherry, black cherry and plum. Lighter body and some oak-not totally sure it was aged in oak though. Tasted following a bottle I poured out of a French cuvée, so it wasn’t anything special. Totally drinkable and not sad to have another bottle to drink. Just not sure I would seek this one out though.

We didn’t find this wine as good as we were hoping- sad to say. It didn’t deliver the deep richness that we enjoy in most Cab Sauvs. Ruby red in color; aromas of pie cherry and spice; flavors of cassis and spice; thin body and short finish.
