With a little air time it opens up nicely. Black and red fruit, grippy tannins, oak, licorice, fig, vanilla, plum. Nice finish. Smooth mouthfeel.

More time in bottle will benefit this wine but it’s really drinking well with a bit of a decant. Same comments as before.

First try of the ‘18. Fruit coming through nicely with some tight tannins. Needs a nice aeration now. I’ll leave the rest for another year plus. Black and red fruit, nice minerality.
