50/50 Mosel and Oregon Riesling. Pale yellow with a green tinge, sparkling clarity. Floral, lime and pineapple notes in nose. Neutral at first, then lime-lemon flavors emerge, nice acidity, mineral finish. Worth trying if you are a Riesling fan, taste really improves if you serve this at room temperature (57F, 14C). 11.1% alc/vol
