2014 opened Aug 2017. Some green fruit among cherries on the nose. Medium body Pinot. Smooth tannins on the front of the tongue, without much fruit. The tannic structure continues on the top of the mouth, but the finish (even after breathing for an hour) is somewhat astringent. Similar in profile to many other Santa Lucia Pinots I've had, but not the best that Santa Lucia can do ...
