Buttery, golden apple, yellow floral notes...not oak dominant. Really really honestly truly takes a bit to open up and changes for the better. Just like Los Gatos.

Right amount of butter, oak and acidity. Long finish. Great for sipping, but would be equally nice to drink with food.
