What I sip on after dinner as I procrastinate cleaning up after myself. An incredible example of what California Gamay can be: fresh, bright, poised, lean. Fresh raspberries, dried rose hips, pomegranate. From the famed Barsotti vineyard (sustainably farmed, granite soils ❤️) in El Dorado.
