I'm so surprised how short-lived this blend ends up being. Just a few months ago it was this big, fruity, delicious wine. But now, the thin and metallic Cabernet is showing. What a shame!

Oct 28th, 2016This should be our Passover red wine of choice. It takes 30-40 minutes to open, you can taste the oak, but it is delicious. Fairly complex and a nice backbone to it.
