Solid and very drinkable. But not spectacular. This is only my second Vermentino so not much experience with this one. Acidic throughout but not too much so. Paired well with a roasted garlic chicken dish. Strong enough to stand up to the garlic.. Would buy again at the $15 I paid for it.
