I'm loving the allusion to music and describing wine, I think they were two made for those discriptors. This wine is what the label tells you. It's speaking at piano piano, enough to detect the subtle strawberries and roses to the nose, and articulate balance of minerality and spices on the pallet, with one solid resonating note of acid and spice to the finish. This is a great rosé, very different from what seems to be the mainstream of rosé at the moment. It was intended to be that, not a runoff. Bravo!

A remarkably forgettable rose—balanced would be a generous way to describe it. Everything is subdued, nothing at all stands out. How Suckling gave this a 92, I have no idea.
