Montefalco Sagrantino

Very inviting, lots of red and black fruits, but herbal and spicy too. Tannins softening. Great with food - spaghetti and Wiener schnitzel.

Deep dark red fruit & earth on the nose. Lean w/ solid tannins but mellowed by a few years of age. Perfect w/ steak & grilled squash.

Nice fruit, controlled AbV at 13.5, and long finish. Comfortable wine.

Tannic but with some age to smooth the edges

Ahhhh incredible. Great dark fruit, stored and rotated for the past 16 years. Good acid still, lightly oxidized but in all the right ways. Paired with an Umbrian sausage paste dish. Perfect!

Deep ruby hue. Notes of blackberry, olives, pepper, and tar. Full tannins and high acidity. Superb with meats.

April , 2021. W/ J2 and Jack D. Earth, black cherry, baking spice on nose. Dry, soft tannins, Rich, well balanced wine. Nice age to this one. Drink now. Yummy. No joke!

Pleasant, a bit light super dry good entry point for grape. At tratto

Definitely could use more aeration, but still quite tasty.
