DOCG rules fail if a wine like this comes out to the market, it’s not a Barbaresco at all. Bought it for curiosity at under 10 euro at COOP in Follonica, Tuscany

Too acidic the first day, lackluster the second.

Fruity, young, almost smokey

フレンチオーク12ヶ月以上のオーク樽熟成と瓶熟計2年以上とのこと。
外観は熟成が始まった感じ
スミレや樽の香り
果実味が豊かで綺麗な酸となめらかなタンニン
バランスが良い

Very good bang for the buck, but lacking some additional aging. 2011 was a great vintage for Nebbiolo.

Cannot get it off my tongue

More light and crisp than typical Barolo. Floral nose. A nice balance to a heavy stewed dish.
