Very pond-like. Nothing rotting here, just a clean, self-sustaining ecosystem that functions efficiently. Like dried snakeskin. Mossy stone, cherry pit, violets, clover and clover honey. Toothpaste mint. Wound up tight with a twine note. Full mouthfeel with pronounced tannins off grass root and soft, dry, fallen tree. Coffee, milk chocolate, soft cherry reduction. Really kind of beautiful.
