Terras Gauda
Piedra del Mar Albariño

Soooo..... we have to renounce everything we have ever said about an Albariño. This is the second one we have had in Puerto Rico and it pairs so well with seafood - it may be a new favorite. Medium bodied, very pale yellow, light flora on the nose, semi-dry, mild green apple maybe pear with a twist of saline on the finish. (At Saltaire in Rincon PR. Tim had Korean stew/ Paula had ginger glazed Mahi mahi w/ smashed sweet potatoes) a lovely dinner after an afternoon on the beach at Playa Cabo roho.

This white from the west coast has a salty flavor that is perfect with seafood. Full bodied with nice fruit. Enjoyed at Temple Restaurant Beijing.
