Bursting of flavor. Dark, dried cherry and fig drenched in earthy tannins with soothing minerally finish.

This was thrown into a blind tasting. All sorts of black fruited, forest floor, gutter leaves but then absolutely smothered in oak. Old, wet oak aromas. It's still nice, yes but wouldn't suggest it if you're feeling like Pinot.

A very fun Pinot, but not great for food pairings. Much better with cheese and crackers.
